If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at info@adeluxecos.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds
All items are inspected and carefully reviewed before being placed in a parcel. For sanitary reasons, no refunds or returns will be issued. All products are final sale. Please note that all A Deluxe Cos products are manufactured and packaged in a sanitary environment.
Cancellations
Placed an order but changed your mind? That’s okay!
If you’d like to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. This option is only available if your order has not yet been shipped. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible. We apologize for any inconvenience, but once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately.
Damage During Transportation
A Deluxe Cos is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@adeluxecos.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these cases individually and will do our best to reach a satisfactory solution.
