We strive to make sure you are 100% in love with your A Deluxe Cosmetics purchase!

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us at info@adeluxecos.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.

 

Refunds

All items are inspected and carefully reviewed before placed inside a parcel! Therefore no refunds/returns will be issued due to sanitary reasons. All products are final sale. Please note all of A Deluxe Cosmetics products are manufactured and packaged within a sanitary environment.


Cancellations                                                           

Placed an order but changed your mind? That’s ok!

If you’d like to cancel your order for whatever reason you must contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. (This is only an option if your order has not been shipped within 48 hours of you placing it). After 48 hours no cancellations can be made. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however after an order is placed it will begin to be processed.

 

Damage During Transportation


A Deluxe Cosmetics is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@adeluxecos.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
