Shipping Policy

Shipping

All orders will ship within 1 business day of placing order. Delivery time after your order ships within the US is 2-4 business days, and 10-20 business days internationally. Overall with processing and shipping time packages will be delivered within 2-5 business days of placing order.

Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed the next open business day.

Refused Packages

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. We cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages.

Please ensure the shipping address you apply at checkout is correct. If you provide the incorrect shipping address email us within 24 hours to have it rectified. If your order has already been shipped we are not responsible for the package being sent to the incorrect address.

After 24 hours we will not be able to correct the address. If your package is ever sent back to us we will contact you immediately. We will re-ship the item at an additional fee of $10.  

International Packages 

Import fees are not collected for packages going outside the United States. In rare circumstances when an import fee is put upon a customer A Deluxe Cosmetics will not be responsible for this.
