1. What are your shipping times and processing details?
All orders ship within 1 business day.

U.S. delivery: 2–6 business days

International delivery: 10–20 business days
Overall delivery (including processing) is 2–5 business days for U.S. orders. Please note weekends and holidays are not included.
3. Can I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. You can also use our Live Chat feature on the website for real-time updates on your shipment.
4. Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at info@adeluxecos.com within 30 minutes of purchase to request an update. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer change the shipping address.
5. What happens if my package is undeliverable?
We are not responsible for packages returned due to being unclaimed, undeliverable, or incorrect addresses. Returned packages may be re-shipped for a $10 fee.
6. Do I need to pay import fees for international orders?
Import fees are not collected at checkout. If charged, these fees are the customer’s responsibility.
7. What is your refund and returns policy?
For sanitary reasons, all products are final sale. We do not issue refunds or accept returns.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders begin processing immediately after they are placed, so we’re unable to cancel once submitted. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
9. What if an item arrives damaged?
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If your package arrives damaged, email info@adeluxecos.com with your order number and a photo of the item so we can help.
10. Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Absolutely! All of our products are cruelty-free, vegan, and produced in a sanitary environment.
11. How do I care for my lashes?

Avoid applying mascara directly to the lashes
With proper care, our lashes can be reused up to 30 times.
12. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our formulas are designed to be gentle and skin-friendly. All products are paraben-free and safe for most skin types. However, we recommend a patch test before first use.
