Shipping Policy
Shipping
All orders will ship within 1 business day of placing your order. Delivery time after your order ships is typically:

Within the US: 2–6 business days 
- 
International: 10–20 business days 
Overall, including processing and shipping time, packages should be delivered within 2–5 business days of placing your order.
Please note that transit time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Refused Packages
A Deluxe Cos is not responsible for packages returned as unclaimed, undeliverable, or due to an incorrect or insufficient address. We cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address, email us within 5 hours at info@adeluxecos.com to correct it. If your order has already shipped, we are not responsible for it being sent to the wrong address.
If your package is returned to us, we will contact you immediately. We can re-ship the item for an additional fee of $10.
International Packages
Import fees are not collected for packages sent outside the United States. In rare circumstances where import fees are charged to the customer, A Deluxe Cos will not be responsible.
